Acryluna OnceDye Launched

Acryluna OnceDye, an environmentally friendly and economical innovation product for the textile industry developed by Aksa engineers, was launched. Acryluna Oncedye allows acrylic/cellulose blended yarns and fabrics to be dyed simultaneously and in one step, saving up to 20% water, 25% energy and 30% time.

Traditionally acrylic fibers are dyed with cationic dyes, while cellulosic fibers are dyed with reactive dyes. Dyeing of fiber blends with different dyeing methods usually requires sequential dyeing, while acrylic/cellulose blends need to be dyed sequentially with reactive and cationic dyes.
